Throughput Accounting – integrating TOC measures into your business for effective decision making - 1 day – 5 February 2008 - the investment per person is £295 plus VAT.

Introduction to the Thinking Processes – 1 day – 24 January 2008 - the investment per person is £295 plus VAT.

Accelerate Your Initiative using the Thinking Processes - for any initiative [e.g. ERP, LEAN, Six Sigma, Cultural Change, New Product] that is not progressing as fast as needed by your business - 5 days (2+3) – 6-7 February and 20-22 February 2008 - the investment per person is £1,500 plus VAT.

Advanced Thinking Processes for Strategic Improvements – full analysis of a system through solution design through to an implementation plan – 9 days (3+3+3) – March 2008 - the investment per person is £3,000 plus VAT.

Critical Chain - we will be hosting the Goldratt Webcast Series on Critical Chain on 13 February, 27 February, 12 March, 26 March, and 9 April 2008 – the investment per person for the 5 x 3 hours afternoon sessions is £500 plus VAT.
