The Challenge
- Pace of recruitment was slowing down and not on target to achieve year-end growth goals
- Sales-cycle lead times were too long; and this was impacting sales targets

How we helped
- Constructed a new leaner sales process
- Applied a buffer management system to manage the individual flow of recruits through the process and manage the overall pipeline of recruits
Results
- Within one month the number of recruits per month doubled and within two months the number of recruits had trebled
- Turnover increased by 41 per cent to £25.6m
- Gross profit grew by 54 per cent to £6.2m and was still on a major growth spurt
- Positive Solutions was ranked second in the national Vantis Top 100, finishing as the top financial services in the listing.
