Kent Moore Cabinets, Ltd. has grown from a staff of one hundred and twenty in 1996 to more than four hundred employees across the state of Texas.  They continue to strive to build the best custom cabinets specifically designed for discriminating homeowners.

When Kent Moore started to implement TOC – with sales revenue at just under $10million - new measurements that were implemented that would focus more on the Throughput improvement rather than sales value. This approach – supported by an 80% reduction in lead time from TOC in manufacturing – meant that they were able to increase Revenue by 15% and Operating Expenses reduced by 22%

These increases might not look that impressive but by focusing their efforts on the higher Throughput work they were able increase their Net Profit % to be 4 times the industry average!

Their success and profitability have continued to drive growth of the company with sales in excess of $52 million in 2007.
