Our results based approach to all our projects, is structured to quickly deliver measurable results (normally focused on the bottom line), whilst meeting the business needs in the mid and long term. We aim to ensure internal self sufficiency to create a sustainable system that is able to continue this rate of growth beyond the scope of the project.

From the first point of contact, we adopt a collaborative approach with key people in your organisation. The combination of your knowledge and our expertise from the outset means the benefits can be realised more rapidly.

Working with us is easy, there are four stages: Data Collection, Applicability, Due Diligence Strategy and Implementation.

Data Collection

Before we engage in discussing business improvements specific to your organisation, we first spend some time understanding your business, your goals and your market. We can use this knowledge of your real business issues to verify the applicability against our proven templates, strategies and applications.

Applicability

We will then present to you the necessary strategy and tactics in order to help your business achieve its goals. We will give you a customised solution which highlights the opportunities to deliver significant bottom line results. At this point the only investment for both your company and ours is time.

Due Diligence Strategy

These sessions will transfer knowledge on our templates and applications and explore the applicability of these solutions for your specific situation. We will get consensus from your management team on the building blocks required, the benefits they bring and the high level plan to implement them.

Implementation

Once we have agreed to move forward, together we will form a project team to develop more detailed implementation plans, clearly define the roles and responsibilities of the project team and establish a clear project review process.

(There is no charge for the Data Collection and Applicability stages in the process, they are our investments. During the Applicability stage we will discuss our results based approach including the performance payments.)
