Results to date - within just five months, the following results have already been achieved within the forged rings and casings division:

• OTIF has increased to greater than 80%
• Arrears have been reduced by 90%
• Internal Lead time has been reduced by 50%
• WIP has been reduced by 40%
• There is a 50% increase in average weekly throughput
